Welcome to the, rather late, July-September 2025 i2S News with the latest developments in Integration and Implementation Sciences (i2S).

This i2Insights News focuses on:

  • Tools for tackling complex problems, which cover concepts, methods, processes, frameworks, and theories (from i2Insights, the community blog and repository, and i2S-Talks, the YouTube channel)
  • A sneak preview of activities for the 10th birthday of Integration and Implementation Insights (i2Insights) blog and repository on 25th November 2025
  • A new video on how universities are introducing transdisciplinarity.

Eighteen tools for tackling complex problems were added in the following main topics: change, communication, context, diversity, integration, research implementation, stakeholder engagement, systems, teamwork and unknowns.

Integration and Implementation Insights (i2Insights) blog and repository will be ten years old on November 25th, 2025. A particularly exciting birthday activity is a collaboration with INTEREACH (Interdisciplinary Integration Research Careers Hub) on a webinar series, which starts on October 14. There will be more on the birthday celebrations in the next i2S News.

There is also one new video on challenges and tips from experience in introducing transdisciplinarity at two universities under ‘other updates and resources’.
