Global Environmental Change publishes papers about concepts and methods for research integration and implementation, as well as case studies of their application. For example, issues in 2014 covered decision making under uncertain change, evaluating knowledge exchange between disciplines and stakeholders, and a case study of the application of Bayesian belief networks. However, such papers are not the journal’s sole, or even main, focus. More generally, “Global Environmental Change is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high quality, theoretically and empirically rigorous articles, which advance knowledge about the human and policy dimensions of global environmental change”.
