The website provides "Theory of Change Online or “TOCO”, is an accessible, easy-to-use learning tool for creating and implementing a Theory of Change. It provides users with a flexible drawing canvas for building, editing, and soliciting feedback." Slide decks, publications and webinars are also provided.
The community has more than 10,000 members in 60 countries. The Theory of Change community is run by the Centre for Theory of Change. The Centre for Theory of Change was established by ActKnowledge, although the date is not provided.
